Paloma Month is Tequila Tromba’s annual commemoration celebrating the world’s favourite cantina cocktail: The Paloma.
Tromba has partnered with the E.A.P. (Endangered Agave Program) to reintroduce wild endangered agave species to their traditional environments in Jalisco. With every 100 bottles of tequila sold, Tequila Tromba will plant a wild endangered agave, never to be farmed for tequila production. The Other Bird is passionate about sustainability (and tequila).
